About

A calm classroom for loud systems

Cloudmonitrs Digital grew out of late-night incident channels in Korea’s regional tech hubs. We noticed brilliant engineers drowning in charts — and built a pedagogy that treats telemetry as a craft, not a costume.

Mission

We help teams practice application analytics for cloud performance monitoring until reading a dashboard feels as natural as reading a recipe. Clarity first, tooling second, ego never.

Pedagogy

Lessons alternate between short theory walks and “signal studios” — live or recorded reviews of anonymized traces. Learners annotate aloud, then rewrite alerts. Feedback is specific: we mark where a graph flatters the release and where it tells the truth.

Community

Cohorts mix Seoul product engineers with Daegu platform leads and remote teammates across Asia. Office hours stay small. We host seasonal Signal Circles — informal evenings to share one metric you’re proud of and one you’re suspicious of.

Student journey

  1. Placement chat — stack, on-call load, goals
  2. Foundation labs on labels, SLIs, and story charts
  3. Flagship studio or shorter Pulse Bench path
  4. Capstone: a Signal Map for one production service
  5. Optional mentoring for the first post-course release

Rooted in Daegu

Our studio address is 210-9, Yulha-dong; Dong-gu; Daegu; Korea. Visiting learners are welcome by appointment — bring a metric you’re wrestling with, and we’ll whiteboard it over tea.
