By accessing this website or purchasing a course seat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services. Organizational purchasers confirm they have authority to bind their organization.

Services

Cloudmonitrs Digital provides educational content on application analytics for cloud performance monitoring, including self-paced materials, live studios, and team workshops. Website pricing is informational; binding fees appear on invoices issued after enrollment confirmation.

Accounts and conduct

You agree to provide accurate contact details, keep login credentials confidential where issued, and refrain from harassing instructors or fellow learners. We may suspend access for material breaches or disruptive behavior after notice when practicable.

Intellectual property

Course materials, Signal Map templates, worksheets, and site copy are owned by Cloudmonitrs Digital or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your learning during and after the cohort. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or train competing commercial courses on our materials without written consent.

Learner work

You retain rights to telemetry examples and Signal Maps you create from your own systems. By submitting work for critique, you grant us permission to store it for feedback and, with your separate consent, to share anonymized excerpts for teaching.

Disclaimer

Educational content is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that applying course techniques will achieve specific operational outcomes. Production decisions remain your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudmonitrs Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid enrollment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrollment in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daegu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future activity.
