Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for individual course seats when requested within the timeframes below and when eligibility conditions are met. Team Observatory Circle contracts follow the cancellation clause on the signed quote if it differs.

Timeframe

• Full refund: request received at least 7 full days before the cohort start date (or within 7 days of payment for self-paced Pulse Bench if less than 20% of modules have been accessed).
• Partial refund (50%): request received fewer than 7 days before start but before the second live studio session, provided downloadable materials beyond the welcome pack have not been bulk-downloaded.

Conditions for full or partial refund

You must email a refund request from the address used at enrollment, include invoice number and cohort name, and confirm you will cease using cohort channels. We may deny refunds where materials were shared externally in breach of the terms.

Non-refundable items

• Completed private workshops already delivered
• Custom curriculum design fees marked non-refundable on the quote
• Third-party exam or cloud usage costs you incurred independently
• Gift enrollments after the recipient has accessed live sessions

Refund process

Email hello@cloudmonitrs.digital with subject “Refund request.” We acknowledge within two business days and confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences on international cards are outside our control.

Cancellation by Cloudmonitrs Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for travel booked to visit the Daegu studio.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for extended partial refunds or deferred seats at our discretion. Contact us as soon as practicable.
